EX Academy operates exacademy.co.uk, an online training preparation platform for hazardous area electrical professionals. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean EX Academy.

• Learning progress data (modules completed, exam scores, simulation results)
• Usage data (pages visited, time on platform, device type)

• To provide and manage your subscription and access to the platform
• To track and display your learning progress
• To send account-related emails (receipts, access confirmations)
• To improve the platform based on aggregated usage data
• For team administrators: to provide progress reports on learners under their licence

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Supabase — for secure data storage and authentication
• Team administrators — who can view progress data for learners under their licence

Your Rights
